Awesome day, meeting many people in a country where 1st gen RX-7 are really rare to see in the wild... Fun times! Here are a few pictures of the day :)

More 12a-turbo than I’ve ever seen before.... For those who don’t, the 12a turbo first gen RX-7, which I own, is one of the rarest rotary engine with the 10a from the Cosmo... it’s the very first turbocharged rotary engine, sold only in Japan, and less than 2000 first gen RX-7 were sold with it... Not a common sight :)

To see 5 on sunday at the same place kind of blew my mind!

I’m dis app ointed none of them appear to have the alloy wheels that look like Wankel rotors.

haha - there is one guy around Seattle that has an early Savannah with wing mirrors and those wheels in that metallic lime green color.   It looks so fantastically 70s.
